The Seaport Staff are absolutely fantastic (Jules, Eva, Leah to name a few faves)! They are warm and friendly and make you feel welcome - sooooo helpful to us first timers who are often intimidated by what can often times be perceived as a cold, scary place to walk into, not knowing how to get set up on the bikes or knowing the routines. Here, it is ok to ask for help as many times as you need it, and to go at your own pace. The instructors are top notch. The facility is new and clean and provides you with the little extras that set it apart from the others. I have gone to 4 classes and have noticed a big improvement in my endurance already. Read moreTook the QUEENS OF R&B with Erin L. cycle class and while the class was fine I was not happy to hear that the instructor was talking behind my back when I had left due to not feeling well. I made it to the second to last song but had to step out since I was getting nauseous. The girl who came into the restroom to check on me was very sweet - she gave me a cold rag and apple juice, but I was told by other riders that the instructor had made a snide remark about me not liking her class and leaving....no miss, I was going to throw up and I didn't want to do it all over the equipment and other riders??

Locatuin is between buildings so can be trixky to find (can easily drive by it). Parking is tricky around here Location is beautiful, theirs a smoothie place next door.
