Excellent poke bowls and sushirritos.
The Yoki Amor has great balance: Cucumber, purple cabbage, and mixed greens all combine to give it a basic crisp coolness. The tuna is soft and savory, complimented by the crispy and salty wonton strips.
Everything gets pulled together with a mix of a spicy mayo and sweet soy sauce. The sweetness of the soy sauce counteracts most of the spiciness of the mayo in a beautiful blend.
The Sakura Del Sol is similar to the Yoki Amor, with a couple swaps such as tuna for salmon, and soy sauce for a sesame ginger sauce. Same accolades apply.
The fish is always fresh tasting and never smells fishy. I thought the amount of fish in the bowl was reasonable for the price; you're not getting ripped off, but it's not necessarily a bargain.
The rice is moist and perfectly slightly vinegary, making it great just by itself.

I personally love salmon, so I combined raw salmon and grilled salmon for the protein in my burrito. The raw salmon was creamy and not too fishy, and I’d definitely get double portions of it next time rather than the grilled salmon. The rice to protein to veggie (you get a choice of up to 4 types) ratio was on point. They have a wide variety of sauces and veggie sides, which all looked fresh and clean. I also really liked the flavor of their seaweed salad; it paired well with the raw fish!

Anyways I picked white rice, Cucumber, letters, sea weed,.. for protein I asked 2 fishs and he gave me Tuna(two na) for sauce teriyaki and mango pineapple. I asked spicy sauce on the side. With coke!! The food was really good cus he gave me bunch of tuna.( which I figured red tuna is $1 extra.) I Stay for lunch(I had money $.25) do not add money on togo bag... they make you cheap... some might don't wanna come anymore... it is hard to see outside ad. Do not know what kind store is. Recommend put more pics like Ramen, bowl, burrito...and so one and key wards like healthy, simple, meal to catch apitite of walking people...(big windows are good but too many space... and tables are all together shy people...
