HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the people working there, āsupportā staff on the help phone, and other idiots trying to park here.
The horrible automatic panel would not show a button to print a ticket. Caused a huge backup behind me and horrible people complaining. One particular tall gent who is the parking manager at the next door Canopy Hotel, started screaming at me like it was my fault. I pushed the HELP button on the display panel and after phone rang for 3 minutes a useless person who I could not understand tarted talking like the adults on Peanuts cartoons. After a minute of that the Canopy Hotel parking manager still in line behind came ove and started yelling again at me and then told the useless person on the phone to āhang upā.
Iām like, āwhy you tell her to hang up?!?ā He starts blaming me againā¦. Finally the console looked like it was rebooting and after 2 more minutes it finally comes up and I finally get a ticket and gate opens. Meanwhile Canopy Hitel parking manager is still shouting and fortunately i canāt understand because he was yelling at the one human that actually works at this parking s**t show.
After two hours of parking I get to now pay 42 dollars for this miserable place. NEVER Again! And CANOPY HOTEL should take another look at the horrible person working as a valet !
SERIOUSLY go to a nearby parking garage around the corner and pay weekend rate of 16 dollars. Then If you get it validated at any of the local restaurants pay only...

When arrived the unattended exit the machine wanted to charge an extra $18 on top of high $40 charge for taking to long to exit. As it turns out a Boston police officer was trying to get the security personnel to override the scammed extended time fee causing more backups. No attendants causes this to be the worst garage I have ever been in. And before management replies this is a one time problem... how are you going to refund all the people who just paid the extra$18 so they could just escape your garage? Avoid like the plague
In response to management: I had to sit at the exit as I refused to pay extra money. So there is nothing you can pay your way out to resolve. Your garage is terrible since it is run by inadequate machines instead of people. I saw and heard with my windows open other customers paying the late fee to escape. After 5 minutes waiting at the exit I was let out after waiting in traffic for 1.5 hours trying to get to the exit. (The other line was being let out 1 by 1 while I waited) By the way how is there a late fee for a garage that charges $40 between 2 and 24 hours when we utilized for 4 hours plus 1.5 hours of driving out of the garage? Why is there even a late fee for under 24 hours? ...

After 40 minutes back, by chance, I saw the payment machine next to the elevator. "If you entered by using your credit card slide it here again" How else can I enter? I slided it. 28$ !!!!! Ok. A little receipt came out with a bar code. There was an bar code scanner at this machine, so I scanned that paper. "Leave the parking in the next 60 minutes". Ok, that was my plan. At the exit bar a big surprise: I had to scan that paper again! But meanwhile I put it anywhere, I scanned it already, and so I couldn't find it any more. I thought, that should not be a problem bcse I can identify me by using my credit card. I asked the guy from the staff if I will be charged double if I use my cc to open the bar and he said No. That was a lie. SECOND CHARGE: 38 DOLLAR!!!! So I paid 66 $ for 40 minutes parking. In Tokio is parking cheaper. This is a planend fraud. The owners calculating with the credulity of the people.
