Totally rude. The managers stood there and talked about their personal problems the whole time and not one time asked me if I needed help. I wanted an expensive sweater they had and walked up to them standing there while they continued with their personal problems conversation. After about 30 sec I finally had to cut them off just to ask them if they had a small. Their answer “no.” And they went back to their conversation. Not “oh let me see if I can help you, or let’s take a look.” Absolutely no effort at all like they didn’t care if we purchased. Read moreI really appreciated the large variety of merchandise at Best of Boston. It's a 2-story shop located in the northern row of shops in Faneuil Hall. They carry everything from college stuff, sports team stuff, food items, and even a large selection of plush toys. As others have mentioned, prices are slightly higher than other cart vendors located within the main hall, but at least the credit card machine doesn't mysteriously "break" as you pull out your wallet. I was able to easily pick up swags for all the people back home that represented Boston well. The people working in the shop were quite friendly...
