This place is a godsend!! I always dreaded working out in the past, but being at Gym Hub and working with Ashley Floyd (best trainer ever!!) has completely changed my perspective on what it means to get stronger and healthier. She has helped me redefine my relationship with my body and eating (something I have struggled with for my entire life), while building up my confidence and resiliency. She knows how to encourage and push you to your limits without making you feel overwhelmed and pressured. Whether you are new or experienced, Ashley is phenomenal at tailoring your sessions to your needs and providing the structure for your success. Nate (the owner) has done an incredible job designing the most thoughtful gym with ergonomic-focused machines that ensure you get the most out of your workout without injury. Everyone in the community is so kind and welcoming, and despite being a beginner, I have never felt judged here. Read moreI have been training with trainer Ashley F for over a year now and I have worked out in different gyms during the pandemic. I have waited for this gym to open since I heard about it and it has truly exceeded my expectations! There are many different machines that are targeting and working different muscles that I feel like weren’t worked at in traditional gyms. I truly see results now after working with these machines and Ashley for the past couple of months. Because the machines were new to me, I felt intimidated. But immediately I felt a sense of community at this gym. As a spin & group fitness instructor I have found it challenging to fit in workouts for myself that push me out of my comfort zone. I have previously never been someone who frequents a gym space outside of group fitness classes, so lifting is completely new to me, and this is the perfect environment. I currently train with Ashley 1x per week at Gym Hub and have loved each of my sessions. The space is not crowded, and it is filled with likeminded individuals.
