I was completely blown away with the exceptional service and generosity of the Stack's Bowers Galleries staff. My 9 year old Numismatist son, in town on a family vacation from MN wanted to stop in briefly to ogle coins. I was honestly hesitant not wanting to waste their time but as it turned out, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They let him look at coins and even gave him a coin collector's book and gave his younger brother a Indian head penny. Both sons came out of the shop hugging and could think of nothing more than their amazing experience in the store. My younger son now says he wants to be a coin collector too;) Many thanks to the staff. I'm in awe by the experience....

Thank you Bill for all the help And for being so professional. However, I must say as far as for everyone else working in your establishment they seem to do their best to make me feel unwelcome.

I brought in some coins and dollar bills that my mother had and gave to me right before she passed away.

My only intention was to try to inquire about the value of the coins and bills, as someday I would like to pass them on to my children. I had no intention of selling them. [ I also would like to know how to keep them safe and display them]

This place is special. I felt so well taken care of by Stanley and his staff when we went in to sell a family coin collection. Not only was it an incredible learning experience, but after we left, they discovered a rare stamp on some of the coins they had purchased, and told us that they would be worth far more than they had paid. Those coins will be going to auction and will likely fetch an amount close to the value of the whole collection. They are honest, fair, knowledgable, and have a lot of integrity. I look forward...
