Very bad shopping experience! !! I bought a wallet and shop assistant tell me there’s a free monogram. I told the shop assistant I would like to check the new wallet first before monogram and he said ok. However, few minutes later, without letting me check the wallet, they have already monogrammed it and the wallet itself has some very obvious folds on it. They refused to exchange at the beginning said it’s already been monogrammed. And tell me I should have let them known earlier if I want to check the wallet first, with very bad attitude also! Really ridiculous , for a customized product, isn’t it supposed to be checked and confirmed by customer first? That’s what every other shop do! Finally, they agreed to exchange and telling me that it’s only for this time, no exception next time. For the whole situation, these two man and female shop assistants have been providing a very bad attitude and not even give an apology. Read moreafter placing a fairly large order and choosing to do in store pick up, i placed my order online on tuesday at almost midnight. was never notified about my order, thursday afternoon i received a notification saying my order was ready for pick up and i had 72 hours. friday morning i received a notification saying my order was cancelled for not being picked up. after speaking to a so called manager, who had zero customer service skills or answers for any questions, was told they don’t notify customers on order updates. apparently you are suppose to guess when your order will be ready, drive over an hour to get it, and assume they will have it in stock. and if not, you just wasted your gas and time that you will not get back, and a big middle finger because they do not care. I went in to get my bag cleaned and waited a while for a staff member to assist me. There was one member of staff who was going around the store readjusting bags and asked a different customer if they needed help but they declined. Two minutes later after I got their attention, the same staff member then told me that they didn’t have time to assist me in getting my bag cleaned as the store was very busy.
