We ordered a buckle in the beginning of October. We have yet to receive it . Kim the manager told us in the beginning of November that it was ready and would be shipped . It is December 8th and still no product. I’ve called several times nobody at the store can tell us anything because Kim is the only one that knows about these orders . The customer service is a huge issue. You ran our credits card but we have yet to receive the buckle. Very disappointed. I wish we would have gone elsewhere for everything else we purchased from you.
