We ordered a buckle in the beginning of October. We have yet to receive it . Kim the manager told us in the beginning of November that it was ready and would be shipped . It is December 8th and still no product. I’ve called several times nobody at the store can tell us anything because Kim is the only one that knows about these orders . My boyfriend and I are in town visiting and we stopped by your store to look around. I guess the lady at the front working didn’t think much of us, didn’t say hi as we entered.
