I was very excited to have received a super gorgeous set for my wedding from Suelto!! Unfortunately, it was way too small, which was odd since the set was a size large, and I usually am size small/medium. By the time I went in to hopefully exchange the set (about 3 weeks after we got back from our wedding/honeymoon, and still within a month since it was gifted to me) I was met with incredibly poor customer service. The woman working didn't even let me finish explaining the situation before telling me their return policy, something I had no idea of since it was a gift, and I had never been in before. I was told nothing would be returned after 10 days, which is impossible for brides during and right after their wedding/honeymoon. She made no effort to help me in the situation and told me to RE-GIFT IT. I was shocked. This was an intimate gift that I loved, but didn't fit me, given to me on my wedding day, and I was told to re-gift it. It was such an insensitive response and I was really taken aback and disappointed. It would have been so easy to offer an exchange. It was a very expensive item, and by her making no effort to make the situation right, or even offer a compromise, told me this shop is just in it for the money, with no regard to making their customers fell valued. I was really looking forward to shopping here in the future, especially now that I'm married, but just not sure I will if that is what customers are rewarded with. Would 100% recommend NOT gifting anything from here to Brides or anyone who would not have readily available time to return...

How could I live in Gallatin County for 21 years and not have visited this store before now?!?!?! My mother (82) and I (59) both had bra fittings, and I bought some sets for a boudoir session. Sherri and her staff were absolutely off the chain, FABULOUS, in all of their help finding the pieces that worked for both my mom and me! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Since then my co-worker decided to take the plunge and we had such a great time at the store, and her comment was "I had no idea what I was missing out on." We are not 'rich' people, and we as women deserve a well fitted and pretty bra! Go see Sherri to see what you've been missing out on. Tell her Lisa Small sent you! :-) (I am not paid for this...

I have been shopping here for a number of years. The selection is impeccable and impressive. I would recommend going in to be fitted before purchasing, sizing in lingerie can be finicky. After you have been sized and try on a few different brands, the lovely ladies in the store (Shari, Molly, Harper) will ensure that your sizing and preferences in various brands are saved. It has allowed me to shop with them out of state a number of times. The selection online is not the full selection either, but if you have pieces you are looking for or are just interested in seeing a few options message the Instagram page. this shop the only place I buy...
