What a terribly place to give any business to. Let me start by saying if you have a policy that says no refunds, in store exchanges only, you should absolutely tell someone before the card is ran. My mother spent $275 here and then on the bottom of the receipt was told she couldn’t return it. She is a 74 year old woman on a fixed income and the owner would not refund her money immediately after purchase. I have zero respect for anyone who allows their employees to take advantage of someone older and especially someone who wasn’t told the prices up front or the policy for returns…. And still didn’t have the heart to give her the money back immediately after swiping the card. Please think twice before supporting this business!!!

Also to add to the response below- I wasn’t there in the store but was on the phone with her. She was crying! She said she didn’t see your tiny sign until after the card was ran. She asked the owner to refund the amount and he refused. A printed receipt is after the fact of a purchase. Get real buddy!!! You know you take advantage of people.
