Versona — Local services in Branson

This evening, I walked into Versona excitedly knowing most shopping stores here at Branson Landing doesn’t close til 9pm. But as soon as I walked into Versona at 8:29pm I noticed a Versona staff sweeping towards the front entrance with quick intentions of, “we close in 15mins.” Then I stopped to stare at my watch, “8:29pm.” I walked over to look at the clearance quickly and found two items then I walked over to a mirror and tried on two pieces. I also understood that it must have been a very long day for them both. Never once, I was asked if I needed help and or if I had any questions! Then I hear a two customers walked in and the other staff lightly yelled out, we closed in 10 mins. Then another customer enters and they noticed they knew her. Both staff then walked over to chit chat happily! As I walked up to the cash register ready to check out, all of a sudden both staff was no longer available or noticed I was ready. Took a min, then one comes over and checks me out. As soon as I leave the front door along with my son & husband. One then quickly LOCKS the doors at 8:41pm. Whoa! Thank you but no thank you I will never come back to an unwelcoming place that I enjoying going into back at home. Everyone here at Branson Landing including the Hilton property on sight has been nothing but welcoming and helpful to me and my family! Tonight, these two staff was rude and very unprofessional! If only Versona, knew how their employees treats...

I am not from Branson, I was there for the weekend, a short vacation , I was in this store on October 23th in the afternoon, a terrible attention, I bought many things but the service was very bad, they did not remove the detector of one the blouses I bought. I can't wear that blouse, I waste my money. The girls do not help you with anything, I asked for the fitting rooms to try the clothes and I have to wait more than 30 minute for them to open the fitting room. Three girls and no one is available... to open the fitting rooms. I was the only person buying at that moment. My God the worst service, terrible customer service. The attention very bad. I wanted to receive offers online by email , the girl who attended me did not put my email, she did not make the slightest effort to try, she told me to look for the store online. We were having a lovely day shopping after we had enjoyed lunch and we’re looking for some new outfits for an event this weekend. Unfortunately, we needed to use the restroom and even though we watched an employee walk out of a restroom while we were looking for it we were informed they do not provide public bathrooms.
