Crepes N’ Cream — Restaurant in Branson

Visited this location during the 4th of July weekend. I arrived a few minutes after their opening time but the staff was not ready to take orders. I waited a few minutes before they took my order. A few minutes after the order was placed and paid for, a staff member comes out and tells me that it's going to be 10-15 minutes for their equipment to warm up. I couldn't wait so requested to get a refund. I was refunded, however, they kept the tip. A full refund...

The place is really cozy and clean . We tried the pina colada crepe it was amazing and fresh made , I could tasted the Coconut and pineapple natural flavor and we tried the strawberry cheesecake rolled ice cream was so yummy too . They offer rolled ice cream , crepes and smoothies and they have really good flavors like peanut butter , strawberry , banana and more . Great customer service, great ice cream!

We were a group of 12 and they had a mad rush before / after our group. Orders got confused by us/them based on kids taking the wrong items. One of the kids has severe allergies so getting it accurate was important. This company made things right even at what may have been their own expense. Will be back. Great service and handling of difficult situation. Calling out the individual name or putting names on cup may help drive better clarity for all...
