Some of the worst customer service I have ever received from any company in recent memory.
Ordered a gift in November for my wife, which seems to have been lost or stolen in Memphis in transit. With it being a signature delivery, I was thinking no sweat, they will obviously see I didn't get it.
After contacting customer support, they said they would open an inquiry and get back with me shortly, and that if had any questions to please reply to the email.
4 or 5 days went by without an update so I reached out through the email, no response. Another few days went by, and I sent an additional follow up email, and still no response.
Finally I called them, they said that I just had to wait and there was nothing they could do. We waited another week with the package still no where where be found or having any updated traffic information.
I called back a 3rd time, waited on hold 45 minutes for a supervisor since the regular customer service representative didn't really help. After waiting, she informed me to contact fed ex and open a claim for them and then let them know when it was open. And they would be right back to me.
I go to open a claim and low and behold, there is already an active claim they had submitted.
I sent a screen shot showing that the claim request had been submitted and it has been 2 weeks and they still have not reached out to me.
Order from them at your own risk, the amount of time and energy I have had to invest to try to get this problem solved is outrageous, and I will never be ordering anything from them again. I will also make sure all of my friends known how unprofessional and unorganized the customer service side of the business is.

Yes I heard and noticed how she or someone was always in sight. I could tell something was off before she called for security/police. Which they never approached me but I think I let them know I seen what was going on. Iāve never stolen a thing in my life! So when my fiancĆ© and I finally confronted her about it (a few minutes before she made a comment to another employee about if she was closing her side by herself, something about watching me/us). Personally I wanted to walk in circles around that store til she stopped or came and shopped with me.
She told us when we confronted her that they watch everyone that comes in. Yet...the was a family with several younger children in jewelry that werenāt being watched! How easily could something come up missing from there? (Not saying that family was/would steal). But Iām a local and probably the 2nd time Iāve ever been there and she ruined it for me and calling security/police on me to watch infuriates me itās almost like slandering my name and face to law enforcement. While doing nothing wrong, and I hardly get out and go shopping as well. So one of the few times I get to do those things was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently stopped by the Belk in Branson, MO, and had a really pleasant shopping experience. The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Itās a nice feeling to walk into a store and not feel overwhelmed by clutter or disorganization.
They had a great variety of clothing and accessories, with options for different styles and price points. I ended up finding a few good deals, especially in the clearance section, where I scored a nice top and a couple of home items. Itās clear they try to keep a wide range of choices available, which I appreciated.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I had a question about a particular brandās fit, and an associate didnāt hesitate to help me find the right size and even suggested a few other options I might like. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to leave happy with my purchases, which isnāt always the case in larger stores.
All in all, it was a really solid shopping trip. I left with a few nice items, spent a reasonable amount, and felt like the staff cared about the experience. Iād definitely consider coming back next time...
