By far the best mini golf experience in Branson!
We made it a point to tour different mini golf spots in Branson because they're pretty amazing out here. Due to rain, we went to this one and we were blown away. It's not just mini golf it's an absolute experience that gets better and better with every room.
Additionally, if you're an art fan, you will be struck by the detail and effort that went into creating this amazing course.
It's themed very Lord of the Rings like, with hints of Harry Potter. High fantasy immersion!
Tips:
Most important ** if you have little ones, some of the fixtures may be scary. The final hole features an impressive and large moving dragon. And you have to get very close to it to hit the ball. It's worth it. But you'll want to prep the kiddos, especially because it's darker and there are a lot if sounds. For a child, it can be sensory overload. See tip 4 for.
You must do the 3D glasses upgrade. This course is a masterpiece and comes to life when you do the glasses. They don't cost too much more, and you will be stunned!
Do not play the whole course or walk from hole to hole with the glasses on. You may trip. Instead, put them on, spend a moment to take in the room then putt with them off. You'll find your ball will seemingly float when you wear them.
If you have a little child and worry about playing the last hole with the dragon and sounds, my advice is to take them back to the Unicorn to putt and then physically return the ball with your club.
Pictures help, but do nothing to show how spectacular this place is. Do not miss this one.
The course is new. So the building's exterior isn't impressive. Don't make any assumptions. You absolutely must...
Read moreWhile visiting this mini golf location, I found the experience underwhelming especially given the variety of excellent alternatives in Branson.
One notable issue was the lack of transparency regarding the 3D glasses offered at the start of the course. The cashier simply asked, “Would you like a pair of 3D glasses?” with no indication that there would be an additional charge. While I don't mind paying for them, it’s important to clearly inform customers that the glasses aren't included in the ticket price. Most places I’ve visited that offer paper-style 3D or light-enhancing glasses whether for holiday lights, firework shows, or even 3D movies include them at no extra cost, so the lack of clarity here felt misleading.
Additionally, there was a persistent body odor smell throughout the course, despite there being no one else around us at the time. It made for an unpleasant atmosphere and suggested a need for better ventilation or maintenance.
The arcade was also a letdown, with only about 20 machines and little variety, making it feel more like an afterthought than a feature attraction.
With so many fantastic putt-putt options in Branson, I wouldn’t recommend this location. In contrast, Lost Treasure Golf and Dinosaur Canyon (both ran by Professor Hacker's) offer significantly better value. Each has two full courses, great theming, and a worthwhile discount if you play both within a week. The difference in quality and experience is...
Read moreI really wish zero stars was an option. I wanted my son, whom is 20 months old, to be able to play mini golf while we were in Branson but due to the rain we couldn’t go to the outdoor golf course. My family found this place online and it had a nearly empty parking lot, that should have been our sign. Our party of 7 adults , myself (being 30weeks pregnant) and my son get started and a African American lady walks up to me and very rudely kicks me out saying a didn’t pay to walk through and look at their “attraction” even though I am do not have a golf club or a ball and I am literally helping my 20 month old play with the rest of his family whom has all paid a total of $110 to play mini golf. My family didn’t want to make me and my son leave so they all wanted to leave and they claimed they do not do refunds in a very rude manner. To top it off the place was very dirty and...
