This was our first visit to Branson, and we weren't sure where to stay. A couple of the reviews had us concerned about cleanliness and service, but this was a wonderful place to stay! At around $100 a night, it was affordable compared to other hotels in the area. It was clean and comfortable. It is located close to the places we wanted to visit, such as the Titanic Museum, Ripley's Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Hollywood Wax Museum, etc. The hot breakfast was wonderful! The biscuits and gravy were delicious! There were several other choices as well. There was also a dessert bar at night, which was wonderful! Two choices of cobbler, assorted cookies, and soft serve ice cream with chocolate were such a treat and included with the room. While we didn't use the pool area, it looked fun and well-maintained. Tiffany helped us at the front desk, and she was very friendly and kind. The gentleman helping with checkout in the morning was also very friendly. I appreciated dealing with such kind staff! The breakfast/dessert area is upstairs, and there is no elevator, which was not an issue for me, but may be for other guests. It would be great if they could find a place to install an elevator to accommodate all guests. The only other con is that there is only one outlet between the beds, and it was being used by the alarm clock and lamp. That was inconvenient for me as I use a CPAP and had to use the arm chair for my machine instead of the nightstand. This is a suggested area of improvement for the owner. One last suggestion is to watch where vehicles are parked. We had trouble getting through the entrance one time as there were several cars parked in front of the lobby door, in both directions, which blocked traffic. We were trying to come in the lot, and another car was trying to come out. With the cars parked near the entrance, we had to back up and wait. This wouldn't have happened if guests/staff were more thoughtful about parking their vehicles out of the way. There is plenty of parking around the building, so the entrance should...

Read morePrices can fluctuate but it's budget friendly lodging with NO compromises in comfort or quality. Bedding was same quality-brand Disney and other higher end resorts use (I know because I own ALL same) and quite comfortable. Linens were clean & fresh. Bath & vanity were new clean and practical in every way... shower was GREAT! Room is cleaned & made daily. Desk service exceptional. Breakfast bar is is as close to a full hot meal you'll ever expect to receive and also prepared fresh & well... biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc... Nightly they provide cobblers, ice cream and coffees at no charge, ALL delicious. We thought the location was off main-strip but ideal and logistically efficient to all local attractions, plus you get a view of pine woods instead of urban sprawl. We travel a LOT, all over USA and world. This IS a budget lodge but it is WELL staffed, WELL maintained, and provides its guests with more amenities and better pricing than nearly anything in town. We will revisit whenever in town! Thank you for your kind, generous and ample service! The ONLY thing others 'might' need consider is it is multi-story and not as wheelchair/ADA accessible as possible. But if that's not a consideration for you than reserve...
