They tape their disc media closed and say "discs have been checked" except now that I'm home and taking the tape off and opening cases I'm finding that half of the stuff has the wrong discs in them. Don't tape the cases shut if you can't correctly identify when a case has a disc with a different title or a burned disc in them. And don't say "theft" is a proper justification for this because it's a very small percentage of people that would actually steal a disc out of a case versus a paying customer being disappointed in their purchase and never coming back to support your business.
