Twisted Oak Fire Crafted Pizza — Local services in Brenham

It's Sunday evening in Brenham and we need something to eat. I get on Google maps and start searching. Closed. Closed. Open on Weds....etc. When I stumbled onto Twisted Oak Fire Crafted Pizza, we were only a minute away! No way. This has to be wrong. We pulled up and were surprised that we'd never noticed this food trailer. The menu was simple and had great prices. Floyd's has a nice outdoor seating area (also did not know that). We ordered the Ceasar Salad "Sandwich", then slipped into Floyd's for a couple of beers. The food was ready fairly quickly. This pizza is in my top 10. The flavor, the crust and the ingredients are top tier. I tried the taco pizza and meat lovers pizza and they both were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised though by the taco pizza it was flavored just right. I was expecting taco flavor to overpower the pizza but it didn’t. It was so good! Twisted Oak Fire Crafted Pizza came out to our Racing events for the past two weekends. They had excellent service and the food was delicious. They had a variety of pizza that was made fresh in a fire oven on the spot. They had breakfast pizza as well as dessert pizza. Book them early because they are a special treat you don't want to miss.
