Was racially profiled here and treated like a criminal just because i was comparing the slop in crescent wrenches. First, I asked if i could borrow a wrench to check my differential fluid. Ive borrowed tools here before without issue but this time an older black guy was very rude to me and told me i couldnt just use one of their wrenches, as if i was gonna walk out with a wrench they had for sale and use it/ steal it. Then i was looking at wrenches to buy when again i recieved attitude from this guy. After having paid for a wrech I noticed the adjustment in the wrench had alot of slop in it so I informed the guy who checked me out that i was going to go check the other wrenches to see if any of the other ones were better. He said that was fine and the same employee aproached me again as if i was stealing "his wrenches" it was at this point that i told him off but wow this dude must of been having a bad day because he seemed to have an issue with me just for shopping there. If you're reading this you should check your attitude and prejudices at the door because you work in...
Read moreTo be fair, this store is typically good. However, they seem to be having unacceptable issues today. I dropped off a battery yesterday to be charged; was told it should take about 3 hours and would get a call. Since I didn’t receive a call, I called today and was told there is a battery with my name on it. Upon arrival, no battery to be found. Four people including the manager, James, searched, asked my name, what it looks like, and when it was brought in; I had all the answers plus my portion of the claim ticket. Finally, it was found outside with an associate who was about to install it in another person’s car with my claim ticket still attached to the side. Not good, but at least it was tested and seems to have been charged. Overall, it was a disappointing experience to a simple standard request. I hope whatever the issue is gets...

He wouldn’t even help a woman open the hood of my car (a Caucasian young gentleman @ a College Station, TX location I’d left just before coming to this location, was ABOVE & beyond, more OBLIGING w/giving help opening the hood of my car)! Then gave the age-old ‘that’s all I got’ excuse concerning his Philips screw driver tool as being ‘the only 1 I got…’ the same old excuse lazy employees @ Walmart give when they didn’t want to go search for an item to GENUINELY help a customer! Why am I NOT surprised any more?!🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🙎🏾♀️ ABSOLUTELY,...
