Village at Bridgewater — Local services in Bridgewater Township

Since the new owners took over the end of 2020 everything went downhill. Maintenance requests are submitted through the web and go unanswered for months. They have raised our rent over $200 in less than 2 years as well. There used to be a waiting list to live here and now there are empty units everywhere, and a lot of neighbors are all unhappy and looking to leave. Sad because we have been happy here for years.

And there’s trash everywhere, all over the property. They have left dangerous items such as ladders on my lawn for weeks when I have a toddler. Total disregard for residents.

*Also the great reviews are from 2020 and before when the previous owners were still here and they were the best. Unfortunately the new owners get to keep all their good ratings. Only pay attention to reviews after 2020.

Love living here. From the moment we inquired it was such an easy experience. Agnes has been the sweetest, caring, and most helpful property manager you could ask for. She has made us feel at home here. We were reluctant about the noise of 287, but has had no bearing on us. It's not bad at all, and actually kind of nice "white noise". If you see an opening here, I highly recommend. Maintenance is very fast when needed, units are well lit, and grounds are properly taken care of. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves for the most part, and plenty of sidewalks to go for a walk. So close to the Bridgewater mall, 287, somerville, and everything else you can think of. Easy to pay rent right online as well. The only improvement I would like to see is more of an actual clubhouse and amenities, since we do pay a monthly amenity fee for it. HIGHLY recommend The...

Avi is Great! Had an issue with my garage door and Avi came by right away and helped me secure it so all of my belongings were safe! Was very concerned about the security of my belongings but Avi and the team installed a new garage door and secured all of my belongings right away!
