Oh my god how is Best buy staying afloat? The worst phone customer service with Geek Squad. Have been transferred around without exaggeration 4-5 times already and that too all were non English speaking folks not understanding my wanting to schedule appointment for home install. Two specifically, one name Roger, heavy foreign accent, can't understand what I am trying to tell him and just keep randomly transferring me. Then this one other Geek Squad oriental chick with heavy accent named Elaine very nasty and started threatening me when I asked m'am I need Ring doorbell camera install not home install, she threatened me yelling do you want me to transfer you to Auto then let me transfer you where I think you should be. Omg! I think I'd rather inquire about this other installation folks offering service. Looks like pretty soon Best buy will be out of business with such ignorant idiots they hire to work for them who are extremely rude to customers and always screw up. Thank god also Amazon is picking up in home installations. But finally got through and spoke to someone in Home Theater Sales and install and she was wonderful and went over and beyond to help me set up an appointment. ...

This Geek Squad employee is making fraudulent charges against my credit card by purchasing 3 year protection plan for $104.99.
