Just picked up an item at this place. Won’t be back to this one. No one in line I walked up and the guy asked if he could help me. I said I need to pick something up and get $100 gift card. He put my item on the counter. Some other people walked up behind me, went to the other register, and he said I’ll get your gift card in a minute. I’m like wait a minute I said nothing he walked over to take care of the other people there. That came up after me. I guess their money is better than mine. I waited a couple of minutes while they chatted and said forget it. He didn’t care about helping me. Hmmmmm. Didn’t get the name but he was prolly 6’4”. I won’t be back to broken arrow store ever. I know he doesn’t care. He could’ve easily told the other people I’ll be with you in just a minute and finished with me but no, he decided to leave me hanging and go help them. Interesting probably knew them. Anyway I left I will get $100 gift card someplace else...

I placed a large order online, and was double charged for it. When I called Dick's to get it straightened out, they told me there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to wait 3-5 days for the charge to reverse. ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE: You will be charged a holding charge for the amount of the order; then when you pick it up, you will be charged the same amount AGAIN. You will have to wait 3-5 days for the holding charge to clear. IF THEY OVERDRAFT YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CARD WILL BE DECLINED, AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY UNTIL IT IS REVERSED. They do not tell their customers this when you purchase online, or when you pick up your items in the store. This was the first, and last time, I will purchase something...

Got more help walking around the store than I did checking out. 3 people stood there trying to decide who could run the register or they should call a 4th person. While im standing there hands full of sporting equipment. My options for soccer cleats in youth was pink or green. The soccer socks costed more than the shoes themselves. Extremely overpriced. Online doesn't honor coupons have the time not order and pickup at store option that's makes them available within hours not days. It's more a store to get over priced name brand work out clothes than I would ever call it a sports goods. Store but hey at least the name prepares you for...
