I went into your Brookings store on last Thursday around 4pm. I bought 2 packs of HER pre rolls, selection was low and it was some of the last pre rolls in house. I used my loyalty number to purchase, and declined the reciept. I then returned home to Crescent City, CA about a 35 min drive. My partner and I attempted to smoke and realized that both packs were moldy. We called immediately explained the situation and the person told us that they would have a manager call us back ASAP. Since it was a drive for us to go into the store. We called back daily and was told the same thing. Yesterday we were told by a young man (who was very rude and confrontational with us) that there was no manager available. But if we came in we could speak to the manager, but because it was longer than 72 hours there would be no refund. The first time we were informed of a deadline. We asked when a manager would be there, they said they were not scheduled but to come into the store. But there was nothing we could do. I have been shopping at your store for quite some time but feel like I have gotten the run around. If there was no way to return or refund for moldy products. Then at least that courtesy of informing us would have been appreciated. I feel like we were jerked around until the 72 hours were up. Also if you are selling bad product you should know about it, and want to do better. Contact the suppliers, check the product, etc... There is no way for a customer to know about mold until you get home, and I understand consumable products and the risk associated. But if I had purchased a pack of cookies and found out they were moldy after biting into one I would expect to be able to return the product.. I would have been happy with a discount on my next purchase or even letting me know immediately about policies. But instead we got blown off and treated...
Read moreI've come to this store for the last year or so. Generally, one of two dudes is working. Both mildly trained in flower but I didn't come here for them! The flower, anything below top shelf is not recommended. However, being a heavy flower consumer... the top shelf is where it's at and priced better than most dispos ditch weed. If you want some of the highest quality in southern oregon and don't want to be a slave to the price, come to La mota. I usually do not support corporations, but these guys have a honey hole. The shop could use a storage system (some kinda ac) to keep the product fresh for custies so the terps don't fade quickly. (Like 95% of most stores). If they cycle through indoor fast enough and keep getting designer strains, this place would be a once a week stop. 100$ top shelf ounces would likely up companies success. Going today to hopefully...
Read moreI had stopped here on vacation; didnât end up getting to use what I had purchased. Please make sure your bud tenders are knowledgeable enough to make accurate recommendations or at least know the products theyâre selling. I had asked for a preroll that was sativa / cbd, that I didnât want anything with indica (it doesnât interact well with me at all / induces panic attacks). Iâm really glad I looked up the joint before smoking it.. the one that was recommended ended up being 100% indica, not even a hybrid, but straight up indica. If I wouldnât have done my own research I would have been in for a very awful experience. Just say you donât know, instead of blindly making...
