Overall, this is an exceptionally good retro store in a small town. Clean, well-organized, and lots of good selection. My only gripe is their use of reprint covers. It seems if they don’t have the cover they make one for display purposes. Fortunately they’re very bad print jobs, they aren’t trying to fool anyone, but it’s an inelegant solution and I imagine the costs of this pointless endeavor get passed on to the customer. A better solution would be to have a “disc only” wall with discs in mylar bags mounted to the wall for display. Sell empty cases separately for a buck if people want them. Then they can sell at disc-only prices and not have to futz with making bad covers at all. Everyone wins! Great shop overall, please stop with the fake covers. See...

My daughter bought videos games here 3 times of the course of about 5 months every time we bought them they were badly scratched and had to be resurfaced at spot light. When she called to talk to them the lady just wanted to argue and offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. I'm fairly disappointed i wouldn't buy from them unless you absolutely had to have it and they were the only one. Then you should count on having to pay to get it resurfaced. Called the store on Sunday to arrange selling stuff for cash and was told ,"yeah we can pay you cash and if there's not enough we can get more". Showed up Monday and was told I couldn't be payed in cash. Anything behind the counter that's any ounce rare or valuable is marked up 50-100% over market value. And most games on the general floor are always marked at full price despite flaws present in the item. I hate to nitpick but there is just so much more the store can do better.
