We went there for their big designer sale...prices were sky high even after the 75 percent off we would get. I went online to Fred Meyers jewlery and the same stuff was way way way cheaper online. Absolutely a complete ripoff got some jewelry repair and already paid alot for the bracelet got it changed to anklet they charged alot picked up it was wrong so they blamed me and said would have to pay more and already put out over 300 so they are rude and they rob you so im completely just appalled with them I will never go back they owe me my...

I bought jewelry in the past here with no problems but the past year or so has been an awful experience, basically everytime. The staff has been very rude, rolling eyes, and defensive like and very bad communication. They need to work on salesmanship, communication and customer service. I am traveling to...
