This is a rating for this parking lot. It is the worst place to park when Knotts is busy or during the first 2 hours when they open. Knotts has no effective method to manage people coming from this parking lot. You’ll be sent walking south along Beach away from the park to the back of the line that forms at the parking lot at Cresent Street. This sidewalk along Beach is narrow, with not enough room to walk when there is already a line formed on it to get into the park. Not worth it. Tickets aren’t too expensive but they get you on everything else. The lines are way too long, so if you want to ride more then two rides all day you have to get the fast pass which costs even more then the ticket to get in.
