As a healthcare worker for over fifteen years, I have seen and experienced some memorably rude interactions with patients. The behavior of the staff at this pharmacy ranks pretty high among these experiences. If you are lucky, you will get someone who will act outwardly pleasant yet be completely uninterested in helping you. Never before have I had a pharmacy refuse to call a different store to find a place that has my prescription or try to see when I can pick it up. Their biggest downfall is their pharmacy tech Andrea. She is extremely condescending and rude over the phone, any time I've called her. She's talked to my mother this way before as well. Talks down to us like we're 4 years old or we're stupid and don't understand. Please replace this girl or give her a class on how to speak to people.
