Rude, unprofessional, and clearly in the wrong line of work. Karrie treated me and other customers with a complete lack of respect, acted annoyed by basic questions, and spoke in a condescending tone like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. She escalated a simple situation with attitude instead of offering help or solutions.

If this is the leadership HomeGoods stands behind, it’s no wonder people walk out empty-handed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same until they get someone competent in charge.

This is such a cute store for any home decor you need . I had never been in one before and there is such a variety. The only downside is that the shelves were crammed packed with items. I reached up to look at one item and had to move some trays. Well I didn't know there was a wire basket on top of the shelf and it fell on my cheek as soon as I slid the trays over . I was completely stunned for a second. Went on the next aisle and a lady was looking at pots and as soon as she walked off a flower pot crashed to the floor. We went today 07/12/2022 to return a $129.99 umbrella that we didn’t like cuz of the shape and size and with an intact tag still. But Stephanie didnt let us return it because it was “dirty” I explained to her that my car’s trunk was dirty with some plants dust, but she refused to help us (mom and me) I didn’t want to be a Karen but Stephanie pretty much took the role perfectly herself so we left.
