Karrie treated me and other customers with a complete lack of respect, acted annoyed by basic questions, and spoke in a condescending tone like she couldnāt be bothered to do her job. She escalated a simple situation with attitude instead of offering help or solutions.
If this is the leadership HomeGoods stands behind, itās no wonder people walk out empty-handed. Iāll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same until they get someone competent in charge.
