Amazing experience! I’ve not been to fleet feet, but recently I’m having Achilles tendon issues making walking difficult, so my dr and physical therapist recommended them. I went to the one in Burlington. Lyndi A. is FANTASTIC!!! I always thought Fleet Feet was for runners and people who do sports, never did I think it would be for a 53 year old woman who does neither of those, but is experiencing pain. Lyndi shed a whole new light on footwear to me. Got on the machine and she explained everything about my foot and the way I’m walking and putting pressure on certain areas that could be hurting my Achilles. Got a pair of ASICS and loved them, but after a couple days I noticed they were feeling tight in the toe area due to my feet swelling so I took them back and Lyndi got me a wide width in them and that corrected it. She showed me tricks, like how to tie my shoe to make it a little more snug since one foot is a little smaller, different socks for more cushion etc. I would travel a couple of hrs just to go to this Burlington store and see Lyndi! I’m now able to be on my feet during the day and have more comfort and less pain. Yes, you can get ASICS most places, but this machine they use, made me realize I’ve been getting the wrong size and shoe for a long time. Thank you Lyndi, because of you and this Fleet Feet store, I’m getting better one...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here is appalling. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. One particular employee (female with black short curly hair and glasses) was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question about a product, I was met with an eye roll and a sarcastic response. She made no effort to be helpful or even remotely polite. It was clear she had no interest in doing her job or even pretending to care. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an employee as a customer. I left the store frustrated and empty-handed, and I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other businesses out there that understand the basics of customer service. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated...
Read moreI visited this location on September 29th, 2025, and was greeted by a woman with short, curly, black hair, saying she would get right with me after she finished helping the customer she was with. I wanted to get some shoes for my son, so I waited patiently. However a few minutes later, a customer came in and was greeted promptly and helped immediately by the cashier at the counter. The cashier knew we were waiting to be helped as we made eye contact when we came in. I felt ignored, so I left and took my business to Fleet Feet in Greensboro and was greeted promptly and professionally and helped within a reasonable amount of time. Never again will I visit...
