I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Classic Collision auto body shop. Not only did they grossly inflate their prices, but they also kept my car hostage for days longer than agreed upon. My simple request to remove a few scratches from my car door ended up costing me a whopping $3,282.11.

What's more concerning is their apparent partnership with Progressive car insurance, which seems to facilitate their scamming tactics. It's appalling to see a business exploit such relationships to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

I urge everyone to steer clear of Classic Collision unless you want to be overcharged and mistreated. This establishment exemplifies everything wrong with the auto repair industry, preying on individuals who simply seek honest and fair service.

I got rear-ended from a guy who did not have insurance and my insurance policy did not have rental reimbursement. Jeremy and the team were great. I was not happy that I had to have my truck into a body shop already after only 10,000 miles but Crystal Lake took great care of me and my truck.
