Teaspoon Campbell — Restaurant in Campbell

I would describe Teaspoon Campbell as an integral pillar of the Pruneyard. This location opened in 2018, and has maintained a steady flow of business in addition to quite a loyal base of customers. These facts become apparent to anyone who visits this location - it is clean, the staff are wonderful, and the service is of one of the highest tiers possible.

I started coming here when they opened five years ago nearly everyday after school to pick up my favorite drink, the liquid gold, and five years later that trend continues when I'm in town in between my collegiate semesters.

In a complex that possesses a somewhat high turnover rate in terms of businesses/restaurants, it's quite obvious why this establishment in particular has stood the test of time, and it all comes down to a set of owners who are committed day and night to ensure the best possible experience for all customers. Finally writing a review for this place! Took me awhile, after a few visits upon trying a few of their drinks. For the longest time, I've been meaning to find a place that caters to my tastebuds by asking whether or not I want my drink sweetened, less ice, no ice, light on the sweetness level, etc. After finding out this place is nearby from where I live, I can't stop coming here.

Every visit, they provide two different samples of their tea for you to try. Usually, I end up liking their roasted oolong creama. I know, a lot of caffeine. Since I'm not much of a coffee person, I like this type of flavored tea the most.

I've already tried their Taro Lover, Roasted Oolong Black Tea, Lychee on Lychee, Grasshopper, Rose Petal Crema, and Paradise Lime. If I wanted a non-caffeinated drink, I'd go with the Taro or Paradise Lime. However, if I want something with caffeine and tasty, I'd go with the Rose Petal Crema or Grasshopper.

Like any other places, you can adjust sweetness and ice level here. Plus, they accept 5 stars! Woot!

It’s a hit or a miss at this place I need to start double checking things when I order in person. I was charged an extra $4 for absolutely no reason I always order the mango on fire with mango jelly which only adds $1 extra per drink. But this time was charged $6 extra total. I didn’t notice until I got home and didn’t want to bother going back. Also they never get my order right wether it be I added oat milk and they give me whole milk either way or they forget to add the chamoy and tajin for the mango on fire (which they did this time as well and still charged me for it) or they forget to put honey boba on the silky strawberry milk tea, when it comes with honey boba by default. I honestly don’t like to complain but when I’m paying extra for something additional or different I would expect for those things to...
