Love & Hemlock — Local services in Cannon Beach

This was overall a cute store with quirky and unique items. However be extremely careful with clothing sizes and try clothes on if you browse. I am a standard women’s medium top and large bottom and I bought clothes on the clearance rack which were both labeled as appropriate sizes for me. I got home and tried them on to find that they were incredibly small for the sizes they were labeled as, better suited for someone who is an XS top and S bottom. As someone who is usually able to buy without trying clothes on, this was disappointing. I’d have taken the L if both items were slightly off with sizing/fitting (you take that risk when you buy without trying on clothes) but they were both dramatically mislabeled. If all of the clothes in the store are like this, I’d buy two sizes up. This can create a seriously bad shopping experience for people with body dysmorphia. Wow! This is a beautiful store. My sister and I are always looking for new, cute boutiques, and Love & Hemlock far exceeded our dreams! Everything is sorted by color, which is so satisfying. There are so many things for gifts, decorations, clothes, beauty products, etc. I wish I lived in Oregon so I could come here anytime! The owner and staff also went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I heard a customer ask the owner, “What time do you close?”, the owner replied with a genuine smile, “We close whenever you are finished shopping”. I have never heard such incredible customer service....
