Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor on the corner of the resort. It was a Handicap Accessible suite, but we did not need that, so can't speak to how that amenity was exactly. There were 6 of us and the room was stocked with all the necessary amenities. We did request a rollaway bed as well, which was delivered to our room within a few hours of request. They aren't providing housekeeping during your stay, but have a towel exchange procedure to get clean towels. Our view of the beach and ocean was good, but higher may have been better. The balcony is a nice size with seating. The arcade is a nice touch, even if a little small. The pool was nice and our kids used it often and enjoyed it. The beach area accessible from the resort is also nice. There are some good restaurants nearby(Coasters Taphouse, Crackers, and also a Dunkin Donuts), as well as a Publix within a few blocks. They do seem to expect you to clean up a little more than a typical hotel would require, but the expectations are laid out plainly and aren't unreasonable. We were pleased with the resort.

Great Family Orientation place to stay. Pool, Hot Tub, Food and Beverages, sports courts, bike rentals, everything you might want for a great vacation.. The greatest attraction is the BEACH right outside the door. Spectacular views up and down the beach. Whether you are looking South to the pier or North to watch a Rocket Launch, every room has a view of the ocean. If you are not interested in surfing everyone can enjoy the view of the beautiful sand beach and all the amazing sights from your private balcony. Every day the view is different as cruise ships and a hundred other ships Pass off shore. One of the huge benefits is being just blocks from the pier you have dozens of bars and restaurants that you can walk to without the hassle of parking. Sun rise to Sun set all outside your door. You WILL enjoy Discovery Beach Resort.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Its a full apartment vs a hotel type place so you have everything from a full kitchen set to cook with to your own rooms and bath in a party of 4. We had a great view of the beach and a large balcony to watch the sunrise from while eating breakfast. The pool is nice and the hot tub is actually hot. There is even a dry sauna which was nice. The beach is about 3-5 min walk. You can rent some beach chairs and an umbrella from the hotel all day at $5 per item. You do need to clean up before you go aka dishes you used and trash in your room but that's not a prob really. I could easily stay here for longer and highly recommend it.

Security is on a power trip. the older security dude with short white hair and glasses decided my 16 year old sister and i were doing something wrong by sitting under the stairs at 4 am as to not wake up our parents. since then, which was our 2nd or third day here, he was targeting us and even told us he was watching us on cameras. fast forward a few days later and he comes out to tell some 8 and 10 year olds they aren’t allowed to throw a foam football in the pool. the kids rightfully asked where in the rules it says no footballs or balls or toys (it doesn’t) and he says “i’ll make sure it gets put up there.” the parent was a little angry so i said to her “rule number 15, no ones allowed to have fun on camera!!” and he lost his mind. literally called the cops because i wouldn’t tell him what room i was in (he said he was watching me on the cameras, which is discomforting enough, and i did nothing wrong, why do i need to disclose this information? he saw my room key and wrist band so he knew i was a resident) and he ended up lying to the police and told them i was smoking in the stairwell and he saw huge vape clouds in the stairwell days prior. he runs back the footage after lying to the police and all he has to say is “oh well maybe i jumped the gun on them smoking in the stairwell” …. no apology, no accountability, nothing. he stalked me all week then lied to the police, all because i sat under the stairs at 4 am and politely left when he was pretty much yelling at me for...

Used Hilton Vacation points to stay here. The Good? Terrific view, watch space launches. Bar/restaurant on site, though not part of Building, offers great deals. Highlight was the hot tub. Jets are so strong you feel like you're riding in a jalopy on a bumpy road. "I LIKED IT!" Not so good. This building architecture is right out of the 50's, with the pains of that time showing it's age. This this is a time share condo. Demand 10AM checkout, no exceptions. Which gives the staff 6 hours to clean the rooms. Since they do not have the cleaning staff to enter all the checkouts at 10 AM, I was surprised at this as well as the curt managers' insistence of no exceptions what-so-ever.|Finally the bad. Staff are mediocre at best. They expect guests to come to the lobby for items like clean bedding, paper towels, TP, etc. instead of bringing items to your room. Also they demand, on penalty of losing your deposit, that you fill and run the dishwasher for them, as well as remove the bedding from the beds, take out the trash, etc.|On leaving, I felt more like the cleaning staff than a guest. Having timeshare points, I have never been treated in this manner by any other timeshare I've used points for. Will I stay there again, absolutely not, due to the general...

We are owners new and recent. We decided we wanted to stay in the area and check out and use our facilities. The staff was very pleasant and helpful for checking in for the day. We used a boogie board rental, the restaurant, the bar, pool and beach. Everything was exceptional! Pool was like bathwater and super clean. Beach was gorgeous. Bar made scrumptious drinks and food was delicious. What I would like to see updated is the changing rooms for the pool. If you are a day guest, the changing/bathroom door opens right up to the public walking in and out of the pool area and there is no privacy for changing and showering. Everyone can see right in. A bit embarrassing. At one point I had a man just staring over the head of a woman walking in. So not cool. I suppose if you are staying there and changing in your room its one thing but for day guests its a bit non user friendly.

Cleanliness was great though and I went back the next day to use it again as I had such a great time. They are in the middle of doing some major remodeling and the resort was closing the week after us. So I believe it looked like the Lobby was being redone as well as something on the 4th floor. Anyway great...
