Canaveral Cruise Parking — Local services in Cape Canaveral

I must say I was a bit skeptical about parking my vehicle outside of the port. But decided to anyway and went with this company and what a relief it was. Staff was very professional, clean facility including the parking lot and fast shuttle service to and from the port. The air conditioning in the shuttle was not working going to port and when returning it was to cold. But if that's all I have to deal with I can certainly overlook those minor issues.(things happen) Would most certainly recommend to anyone looking to park outside of the port for cruise parking. We booked this lot online through Parkway Parking online. Prior to arriving at our designated time we received a call ensuring that we would still be coming. Upon arrival we pulled up. They took the keys and parked the car for us and provided a free shuttle. Upon returning we caught a free shuttle back. The best part is when we pulled up on the shuttle everyone on the shuttle had there cars pulled up to where you could get off the shuttle and go right to you car with the keys on the windshield. We were able to depart within 5 minutes of getting off the shuttle. Great pricing...

Update Increasing rating from 1 star to 3 stars as I was able to resolve an issue with the parking company and received a full refund.

Previous review: Will not offer full refund per their cancellation policy. I cancelled well in advance. They claim I needed to buy insurance, nowhere did it mention that. The cancellation policy stated, cancel 8+ days and receive full refund. They even closed down so parking would have been cancelled anyway. Please make this right and follow...
