If I could give zero stars I would. I am new to the area and honestly should have known better for my neighbor had informed me that this jewlery store ruined a peice from Effy she brought in. All I needed was for the battery on an old watch to be replaced and I was driving by so I thought to myself how can anyone screw that up. I came in and dropped the watch off which I had received from my husband’s father who had just passed away. When I came back the next day to pick it up the girl behind the counter gave me the watch and upon picking it up both sides of the watch bands were loose and falling off. I looked over to the guy behind the counter which just so happens to be the owner and said that this was not the way I dropped the watch off and why is it now broken. He came from behind the counter and told me they do not work on fake watches. I said to him but you just did and replaced the battery so why is my watch broken. It was so shady and strange why somebody would alter a piece of jewelry that just needed a battery and all he had to do was take the back off. If they don’t work on jewelry unless it real than why would they even take something that to me real or fake was of value to me from someone who had just passed. I asked him if the watch would have been $30,000 would you have done the same? He said he could not awnser this question. It was the strangest encounter I have had with a jeweler ever. I have a home here and coming from LA where I do most of my work as a celebrity hairdresser and have worked with many high end jewelers in my career a simple battery change should not have turned into someone damaging my personal things. He knew exactly what had happend and lied acting like he had never touched the watch and proceeded to go as far to ask me where I got it. He said he could not fix what he had broken and gave me my $16 dollars back. I left there feeling violated and sick. I would encourage anyone considering even walking through the door to not do so. Please research other places. I should have listened when I was told not to even give it a try. I feel terrible for my friend who’s Jewelry was damaged that was high end that they did not fix and now I have a watch that was from someone I loved that is permanently...

I have been waiting many years to have my wedding band and engagement ring resized. I have heard horror stories about people taking their rings to be resized only to find out the diamonds were switched out to cubic zirconia!!! Well this kept me from taking my precious platinum wedding rings to anybody! Needless to say they sat in my jewelry box for years. I hated not being able to show off one of my most cherished pieces of jewelry. Until... friends of ours told us about Jesse Jewler and their history. Honest family business, fantastic reputation, very caring family. We were greated by Jess's daughter and his wife when we walked in. I explained my fears, (thinking I sounded crazy) but his daughter and wife explained that they completely understood my fears. Jesse was behind the counter working but did not hesitate to come over to talk to us about our fears. He tested the diamonds to show us that they for sure are real diamonds, as well as letting my husband (who sold jewelry for years) look at the diamond thru a loop. He also took a measurement of the diamond and wrote it down for us to compare after we got the rings back. They were very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my rings. Jesse answered all my questions including the process to resize a platinum ring. It's a feeling you get when you meet people that can make or break a relationship, well the feeling I got was a warm fuzzy feeling. 😁 By the end of our visit with Jesse and his family business, we felt like family. I for sure will be back, not only to purchase but to have my grandmother's ring repaired. They sent us a text message about what the charge would be before starting the process. Once we approved we had it back in no time. I was so so happy and excited about the fit,sparkles and shine. It was amazing !!!!!! I am going to add my voice to my wife's review because Jesse and his team deserve it. If I could give more than a 5 star, I would. It started when my fiance lost an amethyst out of her engagement ring. We were able to find the stone, and a friend recommended Jesse and his team. They were so kind and friendly, the service was quick and professional, and the ring came back perfect. Everyone there took such great care of us and were just truly great people.Well, a few months go by, and my fiance bangs her ring on something and lost the other amethyst. Back to Jesse we go. I will tell you this lovely group of people do not only care about providing the best service, they care about the people they are servicing. They helped us pick two new amethyst (so they matched) redid and strengthened all of the settings, and resized it to make sure it fit better than it originally did. Just great people. When it came time for the wedding rings, after how great we had already been treated, we could not think of anywhere else we would rather go. We decided on having custom rings designed by Jesse. The care he showed for us and the passion he showed for his craft throughout the consultation was touching. He made sure to get the design my fiance wanted, and he helped me figure out what I wanted. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. They not only wanted to make our rings unique and special, but they truly wanted to make the experience and our wedding day unique and special. The end result is that my now wife and I not only have beautifully unique wedding bands, but we have hand-made pieces of art to signify our love and remember our special day.
