DO NOT SHOP HERE. After reading other reviews I’ve realized they have done this to multiple people with clearly terrible products.

I had a good experience the first time I went here. I was helped by a knowledgeable person and spent over $200. However, when I went to exchange a bra with the tags still attached, I was told because it was an intimate product, I could not exchange it for anything, even when I was about to spend another $100 at their store, benefitting them further. Mind you, this is a bra, not a personal product. I’m frustrated and disappointed with this poor service especially when I have spent a significant amount of money at the store and was immediately dismissed when I asked to exchange something that can be easily exchanged at any regular department store.

They will not accept returns even when they are clearly at fault with badly made or defective products. Shop somewhere else where they actually value their customers and...

The staff was very knowledgeable and nice but just like car sales people are they only want to sell a product. The problem is that the product is over priced and defective!! I bought a product there not even two months ago and (only used occasionally) and it is broken and does not charge at all anymore. I am extremely disappointed because I was told this was a good product with a long lifetime and I was lied to. This may be because they know you cannot return the product so now I have to deal with the manufacturer, when it is still under 60 days since I purchased the product. I will order from online...

My girlfriend went and bought a $90 corset exactly 2 weeks ago and has worn it maybe 6 times and it’s falling apart. ripping at the ribbing broken zipper just awful and they refused to do anything to help. Just constantly said “we don’t do returns” I just think it’s realy shady for a company to sell me this corset by telling me it’s one of the best and the most comfortable then it falls apart.
