Worst experience of any Panda Express ever!

I'm surprised this place actually has a four-star review!

I ordered on the app it said the order was completed at 1:25 I was there to pick it up at 1:26 and they serve people till 1:37 when I got upset and left

tried to cancel the order but because they said it was completed it was too late to cancel even though it still was not ready when I went back in the store complaining that they charged me for food I didn't get saying it was completed and was it completed now and no it still was not completed at 1:40

Now they say they're going to give me a refund but they haven't done it I'm sitting there waiting I can't eat the food so I can't wait to get the food cuz I have to go back to work so now I won't get lunch today great thank you Panda Express in Carlsbad

Oh and I still haven't gotten the refund!

Okay so I got my refund great. No lunch for me today thank you Panda Express in carlsbad. I can't believe you served all those other people before not serving me anything at all ever. I thought that was the point of the app why should I order on the app if I get better faster service in the store walking in and getting in line

Normally I wouldn't complain but if I'm sitting there for 20 minutes in the store watching people get served over and over why didn't I just get in the line and tell you...

We used to really like this place until one night I went in ordered my food about 45 minutes till they closed we were the last people before they closed. the people behind me we're obviously friends of the employees they ordered exactly like my order and there was enough left in the pans for all of us to get the normal sized amounts . The employees gave them all of it and then made me wait for 25 minutes to cook another pan when it came out they dumped it all into a to-go container and gave all of it to their friends and they didn't charge them a dime. I requested to get my money back and they refused and made me wait another 25 minutes When they did give me the food it wasn't even cooked thoroughly and they were mad because I asked my money back that they refused, so they only gave me half of what we normally get, then I had to go home and use my pans to cook it thoroughly.To say the least I used to eat there three to four times a week spending about $70 a meal for a family of five. Well I now eat there is zero times a week.. I would have given zero Stars if I could have, their food was never that great kind of like eating at McDonald's they all taste the same, no matter which...

I'm a doordash driver. But today I decided to go into Panda Express to get a quick bowl of food before the lunch rush. I order the Bowl half rice half chowmein and chose to try the New Beyond Orange Chicken. The item was not out at the time (11:12am) so they ask me to wait, they even offered me a drink. So I wait patiently for 20 mins.. 20 MINUTES for a bowl, I have seen like 30 people get ringed up. So I politely ask them about my food, and I kept hearing them ask the COOK but he literally kept ignoring, and making other food, at this point it's been over a half hour for one bowl, it was me and 5 other people in the restaurant, they were eating. I ask them can you please upgrade the dish to a bigger plate because no one should wait this long for a bowl. And then they tried giving me Beijing beef for some reason and at that point I almost just left. But they hooked it up and gave me a side of the vegan orange chicken. So thats cool, not worth the wait tho. Definitely won't ever go back here. Lots of places are Rude to Vegans, I just didn't think Panda would...
