Went in to see what could be done for my horribly tarnished ring, said their policy only covers missing stones and I still had all of my stones. Even though they have now turned green because the metal of the ring being tarnished... It's also turning my finger green.
I've purchased rings from Kohls for $20 that have never tarnished that I've had for years and shine and sparkle brilliantly and do not turn my finger green nor do the stones turn green.
Staff was condescending say that the tarnishing was due to washing in the shower, when I've always been extremely diligent in taking it off when washing my hands, showering, swimming, etc. They said no that I was wrong and obviously it was wear and tear from wearing it in the shower. Regardless. A $90 ring should NOT turn your finger green. How is it that a $20 ring from Khols has better quality?
