Management has run these franchises into the ground. For the most part there are employees who are helpful, love gaming and give great advice to find something you'll love. Most often they are more than willing to help, but are handcuffed to BS policy or lack of support from corporate. Turnover at these stores is shockingly high, they lose so many good employees due to terrible working conditions and unrealistic expectations. Employees are pushed to give terrible sales pitches and push things you don't need like warranties or pro subscriptions they continue to change rules on after they are bought. Online orders are cancelled without reason, not at the fault of the store but with the website. Customer service for anything outside the store is non-existent. I'd say it's the most chill place in all of Clay Terris, eat...

Typically the store has one employee and the person it usually tends to be does not want to be there and doesn't really provide a welcoming environment.
If you want to ruin their day and happen to have power up rewards, go in there and find a game or product that cost less than $5, and use your monthly $5 reward. The attitude shift the employee has is super off putting as if they want you to get out.
Bro I just wanted my fifth copy of Call of duty infinite warfare, don't judge me and get...
