I’ve seen 2 diff injectors here for Botox and had to go back to get it redone because it didn’t work.. it lasted just 1 week. One of the times I had asked for Botox but at check out they said oh, she didn’t give you botox, you got dysport.. what in the world?!? I had filler done here 3 weeks ago in my marinettes and chin area and wow it hurt! Metal like music was played loud in the room during my treatment, very anxiety inducing! I received Botox in my chin area as well but she also did my eye area, I did not ask for that. Very strange! Right after I left I was in excruciating pain for days. I’ve had filler elsewhere and it didn’t hurt at all. Now 3 weeks later the area still hurts, this is not normal. My chin is super uneven and I believe too much filler was done as my Marinettes area is now as wide as my cheekbones. I look as if I gained 30 pounds. My face is one big box, it’s awful. I saved up for this treatment and it couldn’t have gone any worse. Just stinks because it’s not cheap. I will not be returning and now I may have to pay even more to go elsewhere to have the filler dissolved. *update: The Office Manager started to text me over and over after posting this review, telling me to take it down and that it will mess up their business. I will not be taking it down because this is what happened to me at this practice. Filler is not supposed to hurt for 3 weeks. I saw a plastic surgeon and he stated I was completely over filled. I’ve been a patient of Jennifer’s for 3 years and have always appreciated her honesty, transparency and skill. Any time I’ve looked to have a procedure performed, Jennifer would thoroughly explain the process, including the recovery and the financial investment. Recently I made the mistake of booking a last minute appointment with another injector in town, and my outcome was not a good one. I immediately messaged Jennifer when it became evident that my mistake needed to be dissolved, and she worked me in quickly and treated me with so much kindness and compassion. She corrected the mistake the other injector made, and I’ve learned my lesson. You have to build trust with your injector, and that trust is so important when it comes to getting the outcome you want. This was my first experience with injectables and even facials. However, it was the best experience I could have asked for. I cannot say enough positive things about House of Aesthetics!

I went in to discuss skin care and possibly getting injections. Alexa spent so much time getting to know my personal skin care regimen, and what I wanted to get out of our visit. She described the different types of services and explained everything. She did an amazing job, honestly I don’t think my face has ever looked better!

I spoke with Elizabeth who was so personable, again learning what I wanted rather than selling me on services. I felt very comfortable in their office, the entire staff speaking with me about various options.
