LOVED the selection at Pepper! Wonderful clothes at affordable prices! I found some amazing pieces there! However, I was disappointed by the lack of service from the sales associates. There were 3-4 girls working and not one of them greeted me, asked if I had any questions, thanked me for my purchase (what?!), or said anything else to me. The only words uttered to me my entire time in the store was the total amount of my purchase and that I have 7 days to return the items. The store was not busy when I was there, the sales associates were huddled together talking about drinking and boys. We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside the door but not really offered any additional help once we started shopping. Assistance would have been nice for sizing or offering suggestions for pairing pieces but ultimately it didn’t matter because we ended up spending over $200 on several pieces. The clothing options are young and classy and the prices are very reasonable for pieces that my daughter will be able to wear for years.
