The Other Place — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

Visiting from out of town, went there at 1:20AM pizza was cold, sticking to the paper. Couldn’t eat it. Pizza was bland. they were only 5/6 slices in the pizza case, and the staff said no full pizzas.

I’ve got to order two and then couldn’t order more bc the people who got there after me were just ordering the other ones, I got there earlier than them (even though I didn’t even hear them ordering them but the person in the cashier supposed they were ordering those….)

There was a line of like 10 people who couldn’t get more slices bc staff said that was all they were making tonight (more people kept coming throughout the few more minutes. If you’re gonna be open until two at least keep making pizzas …?)

I also wanna edit, I came here last night and they were still rude and didn’t wanna sell any pizzas even thought there were some in the case. It’s just weird, and...

Love Cedar Falls, love downtown and this was my favourite place. Here often for work. Ordered my favourite, the buffalo spice pizza, was provided with no buffalo sauce. Conner identified himself as the manager and initially argued that the pie had buffalo sauce then realized it didn’t. Why can’t the customer be right and not feel like he is trying to lie? He offered to replace with the correct pizza, I guess there was a misunderstanding, no replacement so I left to another place. Eat out often for work, rarely correct or complain, mostly because Im afraid of what they might do to my food, but to argue that the order was incorrect is beyond customer satisfaction being anywhere...

Waited an hour for my pizza tonight. I paid almost $18.00 for a medium 1 topping. The crust was burnt, chewy, and filled with air pockets. The cheese was over-done, and burnt in portions of the pizza. The cheese was thin and came completely off with the first and second bites. I only make reviews if the food is poor quality, and wait times are longer than told. This was pretty bad. I will not recommend, nor be a returning customer. Also parking is almost...
