I absolutely despise this store and the way that they operate!! I came in to make a purchase and while browsing, I noticed a $2.99 clearance rack that had a bunch of R.I.P shirts and hoodies that were customized with people's deceased loved ones on them for sale. The salesman said that the owner instructs them to resale any unpurchased items ordered, even if it was a mistake on their behalf, even if the customer purchased a large amount already but didn't like the way one thing/something came out and even if it was paid for but left by accident. If it was just regular customized stuff, I would understand, but these are during the saddest moments of peoples lives and they are being displayed just to make any profit!! The saddest part is that I'm pretty sure these people do not know that them and their dead family members are being exposed for anyone to just pick up, buy and wear, even if they don't know them. There are ones with adults and babies on them who are no longer on earth being sold! No store should really need $2.99 that desperately!! People's privacy is being invaded! They should not be allowed to do this to anyone!! I wouldn't recommend this place or trust them with any personal images if they mean...

Thank You! I needed 16 - 24 shirts done in a very short amount of time. I had called all over the place and the price they wanted to charge me was outrageous $40 a shirt + $150 for a rush fee. We found Concord Design online & called them 3 time's in an hour to ask more questions the salesman was very nice answered all our questions. When we went there again very nice & even more helpful we gave him the picture of my Daughter Laura & her full name Date of Birth and her Angel Date he brought it up on the computer for us to see what it would look like on the shirt I couldn't be happier. He told me they would be done in three day's and he'd call me when I could pick them up so we could go on the March in Philly to bring awareness of HEROIN OVERDOSE I just lost Laura a month before the march that's why it ment so much to me to get the shirts done. They didn't disappoint me the shirts were done with a few day's to spare. I couldn't be happier with the service I got & the shirts were perfect. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE !!! This was my second time their , my bf droped off some shirts and I picked them up a few days later beings we live 2 hrs away in jersey , So I go to pick them up and the guy hands me the product and is gonna let me leave , but beings I been their befor I ask um where these already paid for if not how much is it and nobody knew and I was told they couldn't look it up in the system if they were or not , I tried calling my bf but he was at work so didn't answer , everyone looked confused like they didn't know what to do , so the lady nicely told me I could take the shirts and just leave my name and # and send her a receipt if they were paid and if not so I could pay , witch I was like ok that's good no problem , but then the next day she texts my phoen accusing me of STEALING ! After she's the one to tell me to go and I left my name & #!!!!
