Made an appointment to have my laptop looked at for 2:20. Only 1 tech on the floor and he was busy with a customer. Finally 2:48 someone came out and helped me. He was very nice and helpful. I had to leave my computer. I received a call the next day it was ready made an appointment for 10:20 the following morning. Again 1 tech working with someone. Now myself and 2 more customers waiting. When a tech came out I told him I had an appointment for 10:20 it is now 10:40. He said ok and went and helped a man with a computer that was a walk in. 5 minutes later the tech that was working on a computer finished and got my computer for me and made sure I was satisfied with everything. 5 stars to the 2 techs that finally helped me. No stars for the young tech that would rather help a man than an senior citizen. 1 star for...

The person that helped me thought that the system knew the latest price of a good and that I was wrong and went ahead and rang me up anyway. I took my phone out and showed them it was incorrect. They had to find a manager to do an override. Just because of my age they thought I was wrong, unknowing didn't have a clue .
