Update (04/19/2022) - Finally the day has come and got a call from warehouse to complete the purchase. I really wanted to cancel the order, but fate had other plans. Also the Manager now came out from where he was as it's time for payments. Told him about the experience and he showed no REMORSE and his attitude was "WHATEVER". I would never go to this location as there's much more better location nearby.
Update (03/02/2022) - As soon as I asked to meet the store manager the sales representative from whom I purchased ran inside hiding. Was told to go to Customer service which already failed to prove their service. Last time when I came to check the service rep told what was sent in the email. Today the Customer service checked the system and told it will be arriving on March 28th but CANNOT PROVIDE ANY PROOF OR TURN HER SYSTEM TO SHOW THE DATE.
Everyone in this store will hide and cannot answer legit customer questions. My first issue, why didn’t the store called me when I called them twice and posted the message, worst service ever. BTW the guy who greeted me at the door said happily the order can be cancelled. BTW store manager was also missing and no one wants to call him.. and everyone’s hiding..!
People with GOOD EXPERIENCE, just wanted to convey - The real customer experience you will get is in crisis. It’s all about how the STORE handles the situation and assures the customer..!

I may change this later but the customer service experience at this outlet is the worst. I got dining and living furniture from its nearby outlet but the ongoing experience in this showroom is the worst.
Whenever called, Our salesperson is busy and have never got a call back. When confronted she told to have not received any callback request. This shows how unorganized their institution is..
We booked our furniture around end of December 2021, the delivery date was Feb 16. On Or around Jan 25th, 2022 the dates started moving towards May.
I am only getting emails and have no idea, if this year we will get the furniture. Moreover didn’t receive any curtesy calls from the showroom about this delivery delays.
The plan was to leverage paying in installments and god I didn’t start it yet. I would have been paying for no reason and that may be the reason only my furniture is getting delayed..! No idea…
PS: I have been reviewing good experiences as well, but the way these people are treating, is very upsetting.. and that’s why thought of reviewing them first and then will go for the second time to talk to the manager...
Read moreSo we recently went back to speak with a manage for a reselect on what was supposed to be the couch of our dreams (Connell Power-Reclining Sectional Sofa) , but despite all the bells and whistles and good reviews, this couch was a bomb! Don NOT buy it -R&F needs to drop it from inventory. The whole couch was never working at the same time for more than a few weeks in the 8 months we had it. 11 service calls, heating pads always not working/lasting, one recliner broke, cooling cup holders stopped working once, one massager went as well. Great ideas -terrible quality of internal parts and execution. The whole console was replaced 2x as well as parts on subsequent calls. We also had several service calls cancelled and rescheduled last minute, which is a hassle when your time is wasted and you can't get your furniture working the way it's supposed to. Let me also say this - don't think 2x about the platinum protection plan. It's the best I've ever experienced and R&F services their items themselves. Without out it, this could have been an expensive disaster and many angrier phone calls or visits. They actually cover 99.9% of everything - no strings. This said - we showed up as directed, met with Manager Michael who was a consummate professional with many years of company experience. He listened to our story, empathized, related, met and exceeded our expectations without an argument, attitude or unkind word. This goes a long way from one customer service manager to another and tough to find these days. He communicated thoroughly and made sure we were informed through each step of this process. I would highly recommend anyone go see him for great service or solutions to issues that arise. Read moreWhile the shopping experience was fine, everything else was screwed up. Only delivered half of my order after waiting a month. Said things were back ordered. When I complained, they "found one in a warehouse". I did not want half of my order, sitting in my house, not knowing when the other piece is arriving. It was my feeling that they wanted me to be financially responsible for the order, whether it all showed up or not.
Delivery was by some third party delivery company, not Raymour and Flanigan people. I had no idea who these people were. They did not speak english. Considering the problems with the order, it was not comfortable.
App to track delivery time was useless. The time jumped all around. At one point it said they would be here in 20 minutes because they are only 5 stops away. LOL. Delivery showed up outside of window stated in their email.
When trying to speak with Raymour and Flannigan regarding my order being incomplete, I was put on hold for longer than I thought I should be. Nobody came back to explain what was happening. I had to hang up and call back to see what was going on. Meanwhile, I had three guys from a company I am not familiar with in my house. Once again, not a comfortable experience. When I stated how uncomfortable this was, it was my impression they did not care.
Sales person was defensive about the issue. Kept telling me we "talked about it being back ordered". It may have been but why did they only find one when I was complaining? I guess it's too much to ask that they check before sending out half the order.
Terrible experience and I still have not received my refund. I have to deal with them again today.
