EXCELLENT!!! I went in at 515 on a Saturday night and was greeted by the store manager Bob Cooke. He asked what I was looking for and showed him what I had found online or other places. He showed me the Inspire Fitness FT2. And WOW, it was love at first site. He took plenty of time well after closing to explain all the amazing features, demonstrated it for me as well and let me get some reps in. The next day my wife and I came back, he greeted us with our names (awesome in sales to remember client names) and took time to basically demo and show her the entire system. It does it all!! No more need for the gym, waiting my turn for a piece of equipment. Now I have a home gym in my house all because Bob Cooke!! Also they have amazing finance deals!!! We qualified for a 36 month 0% loan!!!! WOW!!! Thanks, Bob!! My wife and I cannot wait to skip the drive to the gym, lines and fighting over equipment. Now it’s as simple as walking downstairs! He was knowledgeable and approachable. The explanations he provided around the brands were enlightening. He dispelled multiple misperceptions I held.

After purchasing the bench, I walked away confident I had selected the right product for my needs. It has been months since my purchase, and I can confirm that confidence was well-placed.

A terrific experience from start to finish. I wanted a second Elliptical for my vacation home. I stopped by Johnson Fitness & Wellness and spoke to Brian who had a professional no pressure approach. We discussed many options and settled on a Precor, which matched the feel of the Precor I have at home. Brian had the perfect balance of follow-up but not pushy in any way. When I was ready to purchase Brian took care of everything. Jamie and Figueroa were able to accommodate my limited time frame for delivery, which made for an early morning for them, and assembled the unit in short order.
