Stopped in on our walk around Charleston to grab some hydration. Burbage’s was a welcome retreat from the Charleston heat and humidity. They have lots of eclectic food and drink items, but they also have a counter in the back that has freshly made breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, and barbecue sandwiches. We loved the bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, as it had a notable just-fried egg, and we also enjoyed the Carolina style (vinegar based) barbecue sandwich, which was also tasty. As far as take home items, lots of fresh pasta are available for purchase to cook at home, as well as other global cuisine, like Korean mandu (dumplings)!
