I recently had an outstanding experience with Faherty that deserves a shoutout! I purchased some pants that ended up being the wrong size, and when I tried to return them at the store, I encountered some issues. However, the corporate office went above and beyond by processing a full refund for me. This level of customer service is just one of the many reasons I keep coming back.
