I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Uncommon James in Charleston! The store itself is absolutely beautiful and modern, welcoming, and so well put together. The jewelry is stunning, with timeless pieces that are versatile enough for everyday wear but still make you feel special. I also loved their home items and little touches that make it easy to find the perfect gift.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole shopping experience even better. They truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer and they went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces to suit me.

If youā€™re visiting Charleston or live nearby, I highly recommend stopping in. Whether youā€™re looking for jewelry, home dĆ©cor, or just a fun shopping experience with outstanding customer service than Uncommon James is...

Uncommon James in Charleston is absolutely PERFECT! Their selection caters to everyone with unique, affordable, GORGEOUS designs! Kristin has the BEST eye for design! I will shop there always! The Customer Service Representative Payton was extremely helpful as well! So happy you have this store in Charleston! However, I just hung up with Uncommon James Customer Service in Tennessee just now. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! THIS SITUATION WAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES EVER! My friend and I went into the store to purchase some jewelry last month & there was an employee, I believe a manager (she had an earpiece in her ear) who did not speak to any of the customers coming in. She looked at us and did not speak. She looked at us like we were lesser than her and it was extremely off-putting. My friend has purchased a lot of the Uncommon James jewelry online and was excited to purchase in store however due to the lack of customer service we decided to leave.
