Fire Grill Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Charleston

Stumbled on this place walking down King St. Very busy on Friday afternoon, one waitress struggling to care for 18 people! She did great and managed to get our drinks and appetizers then food orders quick. Food was tasty, curry authentic. My complaints; seaweed salad came with lettuce, bad combo; bar seating had you looking into plastic containers instead of being able to see the grills; lots of plastic! Disposable plastic is common use, I prefer use dishes for many of the things like sauce and silverware. Poor customer experience on that but food is very good. Portions are perfect size for a man to eat in a sitting. I recommend this place and hope they will clean up the bar...

Oh, GOD, the best Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life and I mean every word! This food will have you running back to the host and the next day to order another plate. The portions are full sized! I am telling you it might look like the same menu from every other Chinese restaurant. Yet do not let it fool you it will Have you slapping yo mama, yo grandmama, your Your auntie, your cousins and everyone that has ever cooked for you!!! It is A STAPLE in CHARLESTON PERIODDD. Looked packed, once we asked how long the wait is, they said there's a table available. Great, until we got a server that didn't understand a word in English, the other server we had couldn't answer a question we had about serving sizes. The response we received "sorry Idk, this is only my first week working here". Unacceptable service. S.O. ordered a meal and asked for no onions, they brought it with onions. Ordered a meal with beef, they brought it with chicken. 10 mins later they tried bringing us another one with beef on it as if we ordered both....
