Coming from a state with far less reliable healthcare, I was genuinely hopeful after seeing the glowing reviews for this clinic and the doctors here—especially Dr. Padi. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of expectations.
Dr. Padi seemed like a great fit during the initial visit—attentive, kind, and thorough. But as we’ve continued care, that initial impression has not held up. During a recent health emergency, we were told to return to the ER for “additional tests she ordered,” only to find out that no such tests had been sent over. The same routine tests were repeated, providing no new insight, and the core issue still remains unresolved.
What’s been most frustrating is the lack of accountability and communication. It has turned into a cycle of finger-pointing between offices, with the patient ultimately suffering the consequences. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, we’ve now been effectively ghosted by both Dr. Padi and her nurse.
It’s extremely disappointing to be left without guidance or support during a critical time. Please do your research—and if things don’t feel right, trust your instincts and seek...
Read moreSorry to say but my Doctor is leaving North Carolina. Two of my brothers Doctors from Fayetteville, 2 from Harnett, 7 from Charlotte between me and friends. This is a serious emergency in North Carolina. The work load and conditions and Bureaucracy, No one seems to notice or care about why so many Doctors are retiring and leaving North Carolina. Oh wait!!! Unfortunately until it happens to them as well. Read moreDo not go here. Ever since Dr. Calamari left they are trying to appointment farm. I have been receiving adhd medicine for over six years
Per law, providers can write up to six months of prescriptions (to match the two visits generally covered by insurance). This office now requires visits every six months, meaning two of my visits will be out of pocket.
Not only that, but I sent two messages over 72 hours (SLA) to get it refilled during the FIRST month. Then I had to call three times at 10, 2, and 4:30 to get them to send it.
And now, when trying to get my second refill, they are saying I have to come into the office AGAIN because I had high blood pressure. I have white coat syndrome, it's in my file, sometimes I just blow high. I have been regulary checking myself at home and get no higher than a 130.
But more importantly, that contingency was never conveyed during our 8 minute meeting.
Avoid this place...
